The founder specialized in information technology during undergraduate studies, developing expertise in database development and information integration and programming, which established a strong foundation in information systems. The founder also earned degrees in engineering information and business, building a technical and business foundation from the outset. Seven years of industry experience in the technology sector provided familiarity with manufacturing, research and development, and operations. The founder then spent ten years in business-management consulting, specializing in ISO management-system implementation and business-process improvement. During this consulting period, the founder also completed an in-service accounting program, developing a perspective on finance and cost management.
After consulting, the founder entered the ISO certification industry, first working at a certification body for two years and then partnering in representation of an international certification body. Responsibilities included certification processes for ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environmental, ISO 18001 occupational safety, and ISO 22000 food safety management systems. As an HOC report review decision-maker, the founder personally reviewed certification cases and made certification-issuance decisions, gaining an in-depth understanding of certification-body review logic, nonconformity decisions and certification thresholds. Two years later, the partnership ended after the partner intercepted and transferred all agency channels to another company.
Having worked across industry, consulting, and certification and issuance, the founder recognized the growing importance of international regulations, cross-border responsibilities and disputes behind corporate sustainability issues. The founder therefore pursued long-term legal studies, from university law credits through a doctorate in law, focusing research on international sustainability law and connecting international conventions, cross-border compliance and ESG legal responsibilities with ISO management systems and business operations.
Building on early expertise in databases and information integration, AI workflow development and systems integration have become a strong technical foundation for the company. We can use AI workflows to automate the integration of management systems, audit information, carbon-inventory data and sustainability disclosures, breaking down corporate information silos.
In addition to selling AI workflow consulting services, the company can issue second-party and third-party verification and validation certificates, and provides verification and validation services for quality, environmental management, occupational safety, food safety, carbon inventories and sustainability. Independent on-site audits, document reviews and certificate issuance are carried out in accordance with applicable requirements.
