Which part of the work describes your need?

Preparing a product for export: Confirm the destination country and intended use, then identify applicable regulations, testing and documentation. See International Product Compliance → International Product Compliance.

Establishing or improving a management system: Start with existing processes, customer requirements and the chosen standard. Discuss documentation, implementation records and improvement work. See Management Systems and Standards → ISO Management Systems.

Improving operations or training staff: Our past collaborations include lean improvement, audits and training. Describe the process that is stuck, the people involved and the change you expect, then discuss the project scope. See Collaboration Experience → Selected Collaboration Projects.

About Captain International

Captain International Business Co., Ltd. was established in 2014. We began with testing expertise, CE and management-system services, and gradually expanded our support for product compliance in different markets. We also use remote collaboration to organize documents and coordinate work.

Our collaboration experience is presented in three areas: lean improvement, ISO and product verification, and audits and training. Client counts may overlap across areas and are not combined into a unique-client total.

How an engagement starts

  1. Explain the product or current business situation and the market or customer requirement.
  2. Review available information and identify gaps and responsibilities.
  3. Agree on the scope, then arrange documentation, testing coordination or management-system support.
  4. Record completed work and follow-up items so your team can maintain the results.

Tell us what you need

You do not need to know the name of a standard in advance. For an export question, start with the product's intended use, destination country and shipping date. For a management issue, describe one actual process and the result you want to improve. If documents are available, begin with a list and confirm how to share them.
